Modelling at luigis :)

OK, here goes.

Awhile ago Tori asked me to model for them again, this time at Luigi's in Hout Bay. Luigis is a little Italian restaurant owned by Antonio, the husband to the woman (Diane) who designed the range of clothing we modelled.The range is called Savage Appaloosa, and Diane is Tory's mom's cousin. Chew on that for a while ;)

Party Cupcakes!

I have absolutely NO pictures from Josh's party :( sorry. I only have pictures of the cupcakes I made, I must admit, they were AWESOME!

We had a great time with all our friends! I will post some pictures (and tell you more about the party) when I get them :)

Sixteen's sweet!

Last Monday was my big brother Josh's 16th birthday! It was such a nice day! I love having an older brother, he's the best :) We started the day like we start every birthday in our home, piling into Mom and Dad's for presents! I love this tradition, and one day when I have my own family, I will continue it. Josh got great presents, and lots of sweets!!! Mom always makes something special for breakfast on birthdays, and our new favourite is crumpets (low GI for Dad) with syrup and bacon, yum!!!!

Later on the Solomons came for tea, crunchies and chocolate cake :) For supper we went to the Cattle Baron in Tokai with Uncle Chris, Aunty Tammy, Oma, Opa, and Tori. it was a really nice evening :)

So happy birthday to Josh, my favourite big brother! Here's to 16 being sweet!

Josh and Dad in the kitchen again!

On Friday night Josh and Dad did their monthly meal! They planned it so that it would happen when Granny was here, she left on Tuesday :( Anyway, Tori was here for the day, so she helped Josh make his part of the meal, a chocolate cake!

Dad did the main meal, Chicken Makhanwala! It was AMAZING!

He also made little roti things, yum!

Josh's wisdom teeth

Shame! My poor older brother got his wisdom teeth out today. :( He is now sitting on the couch playing Xbox with a black thing ( it almost looks like a boxer's headgear) strapped around his head, holding ice packs in place. He can't talk so he is writing everything on paper. He keeps spitting blood, too. my mom said when she had hers out her cheeks were swollen out like a chipmunk, and she had a black eye and bruises!!! Mom told Zak last night that Josh would lose all his wisdom!! I will certainly let you know if he does!! :D

I spent my day at my Oma, we went out for lunch, to the nursery, and then went back to her house. Later dad came to pick me up and we came home, he then fell asleep on the couch and woke up from mom calling him to come pick up her and Josh from the hospital. On the way home Zak was feeling sick, and I hate it when people puke!! :(

Anyway another day in the life of my crazy family :)
